"Refund dragged on way too long"
The item just wasn’t right for my space, so I packed it back up and returned it quickly. I’ll admit I wasn’t paying attention to every tiny policy detail, but I was mostly focused on getting it sent back properly, which I did.

After that, it turned into weeks of waiting. Every time I checked in, they said the refund was being processed, but nothing really changed. I had to keep following up, and it felt like they were brushing it off. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Not great customer service"
I had a bad time with the customer service, honestly. It just felt like nobody really wanted to help much, and the whole thing was kind of frustrating for me.

"Delivery took way longer than expected"
The delivery ended up being really late, and the tracking updates were kind of confusing... like, I kept checking and still wasn’t really sure what was going on. Just frustrating overall...

"Found way more Kartell options than I expected"
I’d been poking around for a few Kartell pieces because I’m slowly trying to make my living room look a little less thrown together, and this site actually had a much bigger selection than I expected. There were a bunch of colors and styles, plus a few items I hadn’t come across on other stores, even after spending way too much time comparing tabs on my laptop. It made it easy to look at everything side by side and figure out what would actually work in my space. Overall, I’m really happy with the selection.

"I’ll admit, I do like some of..."
I’ll admit, I do like some of the designs on Kartell. A few pieces definitely caught my eye, and the site itself was easy enough to browse. But maybe it’s just me, the prices felt steep for what you’re actually getting, and I kept wondering if I was missing something that made them worth it.
The checkout and shipping process were totally fine, so I don’t really have any complaints there. I just had a hard time feeling good about the value, especially when I’ve seen similar items for less elsewhere. I’d probably need a better deal or sale to feel comfortable buying again

"Nice showroom, but the service needs attention"
I visited the showroom the place itself looked really nice. The issue was the service. The staff didn’t seem very interested in helping, and I had to ask twice just to get pricing information. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but it was frustrating enough that I’d want someone in management to look into it. For the effort of making the trip, I expected a bit more support.

"Pretty happy with it"
I ordered a chair from kartellstorela.com the quality is really good. It feels sturdy and looks just like the photos. Took a little longer to show up than I expected, but it was worth it in the end. I’d probably buy from them again.
